Founding partner of CTF & Co. Mr. Chung also serve as its Managing Partner.  A veteran lawyer with more than three decades’ of experience my practice straddles both contentious and non-contentious work.​

For contentious work, throughout his career Mr. Chung had argued cases before all four Chief Justices of Singapore. Many of his cases are reported in the Law Reports and are cited in subsequent decisions. His expertise is in dispute resolution for civil/commercial and criminal matters. With his experience Mr. Chung is able to give quite realistic appraisal of cases before they go to court and thus able to give clients advice based on a holistic approach balancing commercial interests and regulatory requirements. Throughout his career Mr. Chung have represented and clients from private clients to listed company; from associations to governments, on matters spanning company law, contested probates, real estate disputes and contested IP disputes.​
