Local Professional Members
- The Interior Designer, Educator and Design Manager shall be Accredited Interior Designer (Class ID1 or ID2) by SIDAC in order to be qualified as a Professional (Local) Member
- Application for accreditation can be done via www.sidac.org.sg
Overseas Professional Members
- Designer who is based outside of Singapore and must be a graduate of a relevant design courses from a tertiary institution or polytechnic in Singapore and/or recognized by the country/state it is offered in
- Employed or practiced professionally in this design field for a minimum of THREE years, and can satisfy the Review Committee that they have attained an acceptable level of competence in their field

ABOUT MEMBERSHIP
Aspiring interior designers enrolled in pre-approved design and art related courses in institutions may join as Student Members to gain early exposure to the interior design industry. Members can attend SIDS events, access industry updates, and build the skills and connections needed for a successful career after graduation.
- Students of pre-approved reputed institutes of design and/or art in Singapore shall be eligible to apply for Student Membership
- It shall be open to all students-attending at least 3-year (Full Time) diploma level design course
- Upon graduation, student members can choose to renew their membership as an associate member of SIDS
