An Architectural Design graduate from the University of Melbourne, Aileen’s career spans over a decade of leadership across Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Singapore. Her multifaceted journey has seen her excel in diverse roles—from Architect and Interior Designer to Project Director and Key Account Director—specializing in the luxury hospitality sector.​
