Mr Chia Ngiang Hong joined CDL in 1981 and has more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is REDAS Immediate Past President and was awarded REDAS Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024. He is an IREUS Board Member and SGBC Honorary Advisor.

He is a member of NUS Department of Real Estate Consultative Committee and was formerly Advisory Committee Chairman of NUS School of Design and Environment.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management (Honours) from University of Singapore and a Master in Business Administration (Distinction) from University of Hull, UK.
