Sookling is Design Director at Brewin Design Office. With over 25 years of experience, she led projects globally, working with international operators, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.

Previously Design Director at Avalon Collective, her work includes Andaz Nanjing (AHEAD Asia Awards 2023), St. Regis Singapore Spa (AHEAD Asia Awards 2024), Kempinski Hangzhou (Design Excellence Award 2022), Four Seasons Landaa Maldives, and M Social Downtown New York. Her current portfolio includes several Capella properties and a Park Hyatt in development.
