As the founder and principal partner of LTW Designworks, H.L. is responsible for not only the overall design direction and execution of each project, but also for all operational aspects of running the firm’s international offices. Each project will be designed and/or reviewed by H.L. to ensure the highest level of attention is given and that the original design intent meets the client’s design brief and the operator’s brand requirements.

Lim Hong Lian, HL as he is more affectionately known, the founder and principal partner of Singapore based LTW Designworks, an interior design firm that has designed some of the world’s most iconic and sought-after luxury hospitality projects. These include some of the properties you see before you, with luxury lifestyle brands such as Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La, Grand Hyatt, Taj and Oberoi.

For nearly 50 years, he has garnered a reputation for crafting innovative, bespoke interiors rooted with a strong sense of place and keen attention to detail, never compromising on quality or passion. With this he continues to create timeless, long lasting designs and set the benchmark for international hospitality projects.
